Ingredients
- 4-6 Rainbow carrots
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp Stuart's Spices Baharat
Instructions
- Peel carrots and slice lengthwise into quarters.
- Coat carrots with olive oil and Baharat seasoning.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until tender.
