Ingredients
- 4 pears, cut in half and cored
 - ½ cup cranberries, cut in half
 - 4-6 Tbsp chopped pecans
 - Stuart's Spices Apple Pie Spice
 - Honey
 - Optional: yogurt or goat cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - Slice a small part off the backside of each pear half to create a flat surface, so the pear sits flat when laid in the pan.
 - Place pear halves on large baking sheet or pan, cored side up.
 - Place cranberries in the cored part of each pear, along with the pecans. They can spread over the pear, as well.
 - Sprinkle each pear half with Apple Pie Spice, then drizzle with honey.
 - Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender.
 
 Tips
Optional: put a small amount of goat cheese in the cored part of the pear half before placing the cranberries and pecans. Top with yogurt if desired.
