Delicious recipe that will leave your guests wanting more!


  • 4 pears, cut in half and cored
  • ½ cup cranberries, cut in half
  • 4-6 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • Stuart's Spices Apple Pie Spice
  • Honey
  • Optional: yogurt or goat cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice a small part off the backside of each pear half to create a flat surface, so the pear sits flat when laid in the pan.
  3. Place pear halves on large baking sheet or pan, cored side up.
  4. Place cranberries in the cored part of each pear, along with the pecans. They can spread over the pear, as well.
  5. Sprinkle each pear half with Apple Pie Spice, then drizzle with honey.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender.


Optional: put a small amount of goat cheese in the cored part of the pear half before placing the cranberries and pecans. Top with yogurt if desired.
