Simple and Easy Chili Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 whole onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 15.5 oz. each: Black beans, Pinto beans, Great northern beans, Kidney beans
- 3-4 Tbsp. Stuart’s Spices Ancho Chili Seasoning
- 1-1½ cups vegetable stock
Instructions
- Saute onion and pepper until translucent, add tomatoes, rinsed beans, vegetable stock, and 3 Tbsp. Ancho Chili seasoning. Simmer 30-45 minutes, add more seasoning to taste.
